THIRLMERE/TAHMOOR player Peter Jensen won this season's Group 6 Country Rugby League first grade player of the year award, beating Moss Vale's Robert Wiya by one point.

In reserve grade Kieren Morrell, also from the Roosters, won the equivalent award. DNC Cup player of the year was Appin's Ben Baker, Under 18 Paccon Plate winner was Mount Annan's Lee Williams, while in the Under 18 Veolia Pennant, Mitchell Robertson from Warragamba won.

The Gary Dowling Rising Star award went to Neil Begovitch from Camden.

Jason Sampson from Thirlmere picked up the top try scorer and the highest point scorer award

Coach of the year went to Camden's Jason Hazelton.
